Lab21 is a web development studio, based in Athens, Greece. We create handcrafted websites.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it, to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
The data we collect:Newsletter form
By registering to our newsletter you agree to save your name (if filled in) and your email to our newsletter provider, Mailchimp. We use a two-factor authentication, so after submitting your email, you will receive a validation email. Only if you accept that email you will be registered in our newsletter.
The newsletters we send are mainly about our news and achievements and we do not advertise other companies or products.
You may update your personal information or unsubscribe at any time, by following the respective links that you can find at the bottom of all newsletters that you receive by us. Alternativaly, you may contact us to update or delete your email.
Should you choose to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you will no longer receive emails by us.
By filling and submitting a contact form you provide us with the information we need to contact you regarding your request. Those data are not kept on our database or our server. We do not share this information with other parties. We do not use this information for future marketing purposes, unless specifically requested.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. After replying to your request, your data & email are deleted.We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.
If a person tries to access the admin area of our site without having permission, then we keep his IP address in our logs.This suggests improper use and malignant effort and therefore we have the right to keep such logs and process them.

We do not keep any persona data on our website. Our contact forms are sent via email and any data provided are deleted. Newsletter subscription data are hosted by Mailchimp, a procedure mentioned above in the respective section.
You can request to receive a file of the personal data we hold about you, that you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Our hosting company is in the European Union and it is GDPR compliant.
Our newsletter services are hosted by Mailchimp, based in Atlanta, USA and is GDPR compliant.
Any information is sent over SSL / HTTPS to ensure security.
How we protect your data
Our server has malware protection mechanisms, internal reporting systems and an email notification system if any suspicious activity is detected.
Moreover, we are entirely using SSL/HTTPS throughout all our sites. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so personal identifiable information is never captured by third parties without authorization.
